I talked with Jack Brown & he was very helpful. Hopefully this is an example of improved customer service, because in the past it wasn't good at all.

We have used and enjoyed Nomad Internet for several years now. Today I needed to cancel because we are moving into housing that has internet included, and Tim Jones was so helpful in the steps to get my service canceled. I will definitely refer people to Nomad Internet!

Jack Brown was very patient and fixed a billing issue for me. He's also very polite.

Andrew Harris did a great job at getting my internet up and running fast again, great help and was easy to work with. Thanks again Andrew.

Andrew James helped me and was good. The first guy sucked. He wouldnt answer basic questions and took over an hour to diagnose what Andrew fixed in 15 minutes. I wish i had the name of the first guy to say how bad he was. This would have been a 5 star review if all I dealt with was Andrew.
