Shawn Anderson resolved my issues with the IP address

My husband and I were without internet for days. I was in line with a virtual assistant who was telling me everything looked fine from their side. Fortunately Shawn Anderson returned a message I had left earlier and stayed on line with me for over a half hour solving the problem. Turned out our account had not made the transition of their service system but Shawn was able to recognize the issue and get us up and running very quickly. I am very grateful for his capable help today.

Harry Jackson was a fanominal help and displayed excellent customer service, did not push for me to get service beyond what I needed. As a disabled veteran I can have a lot of questions before I am comfortable with what I decide and I have nothing but good things to say from this interaction
