OMG..!! My customer service representative SAM FASH was the most patient, professional, knowledgeable, and definitely made my day..!! Sam didn’t disconnect with me until my internet was working and it took 2 hours or so, and Sam didn’t mind!! Thank you so much!! I was going to cancel my service, but because of Sam, I stuck it through and I’m still a customer and will most likely FOREVER be a customer..!! And I will recommend you all to and everyone I literally know..!! Thank you again Sam Fash..!!

Hard to get a hold of people at times. I am just starting out with their services so not to much to rate other then my guy Mike Wilson I spoke to about getting started.

It was difficult to understand John Parker accent but we were both patient and able to resolve my issues.

I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with Nomad Internet has been. They are misleading and untrustworthy. After spending $350, I was given the impression I was purchasing an internet router and signing up for a monthly service at $99. Instead, I was hit with a surprise charge of $139 just a few months later, $40 more than expected, without any prior notice given that my rate was going up. When I called to inquire, they claimed the extra charge was for renting the router, which was never disclosed in the beginning and they never informed me about the significant rate increase. When I tried to cancel my service, they flat-out refused and continued to charge my card. I eventually had to cancel my card to stop the unauthorized payments. To make matters worse, even though my billing was set for the 7th of each month, they abruptly cut off my service on the 1st, leaving me without internet. A friend of mine had a similar experience with nomad. They gave her the runaround and refused to reimburse her for the router she thought she purchased. Now, she has switched to Starlink and couldn’t be happier with her service. The difference is night and day, with superior reliability and customer support. If you’re looking for reliable internet, steer clear of nomad internet. They scam their customers and provide terrible service. Do yourself a favor and choose a reputable provider like Starlink. I deeply regret choosing Nomad.
