Great quality purse at a very reasonable price. Love that 2 straps are included. Delivery was well communicated and came within a week. Very happy with everything.

I would NEVER recommend buying from this company. I placed an order and immediately requested to cancel it. Instead of canceling my order, they kept asking unnecessary questions and delaying the process until they shipped the bag anyway. As soon as I received it, I contacted them again to request a return. First, they told me that their U.S. warehouse was not accepting returns and that I had to ship the bag back internationally at my own expense. Only after I argued with them did they suddenly agree to accept the return at their warehouse in Texas. They received my returned bag A MONTH AGO. I still have not received my refund, and now they are completely ignoring all of my emails. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They had no problem taking my money immediately, but when it came time to issue my refund, they disappeared and stopped responding.

Do not order from this website!!! The bag does not necessarily look bad, but definitely not real leather. Ordered as a gift, and the person ended up not wanting it, so I set up a return. My bag has now been returned for 3 months, and I still do not have a refund as the company is stating that their processing machine is down. No proper company has a machine down for this long. I am reporting to my bank because it seems like I will not be getting my refund, even though the bag was returned.

My purse order was lost and they quickly sent a replacement in two days. Plus two extra purse straps for my trouble. I love my purse, the straps, and their service.

This cross-body bag is the perfect size with plenty of pockets. The leather is soft and the color is a good camel color. The only drawback is the zippers and hardware are on the cheaper side. If only the company had used better quality metal. The zipper sticks a little.

I did not care for the purse. The return process is lengthy and awful! Would not recommend this company.

Just a little too short. Not big enough for an iPhone in its own slot without losing space for other items.
