This cross-body bag is the perfect size with plenty of pockets. The leather is soft and the color is a good camel color. The only drawback is the zippers and hardware are on the cheaper side. If only the company had used better quality metal. The zipper sticks a little.

The purse is a very pretty green color. It is definitely a dupe of PomPom London, but I don’t think the quality. I just took timeout of the packaging so I’m not sure how it will hold up. The packaging it came in was horrible. It looked like it was packed by a child. All squished with tape all over it. I hope it holds up as I really like the color.

I the purse is very nice and easy to access items. The only concern was the leather strap was missing from the blue purse. I would like to receive it as I like the look instead of patterned one.

I love the little purse, but I expected a little more quality on the inside. I like that there’s two shoulder straps. All in all I am satisfied

I like the purse but wish it was a bit larger. In the future I would add a key fob for ease

I received my purse and fell in love with it immediately except the side pocket zipper didn’t function correctly. I reached out to customer service. I was immediately helped. They asked for a picture or video to show the defective part, which was reasonable. I was told a replacement would be delivered. Customer service who wrote me back, was very helpful and sincere. It gave me faith a new purse would be delivered soon. I would definitely buy from this company again after my latest experience with customer service.

Finally received the black purse I ordered back in December and it was worth the wait. It’s the perfect style, color and size. Now, two more of my friends have ordered the bag in red and navy. We’re total fans of the product and its Customer Care team.

I love the pocketbook but they said it was going to come with extra straps that was not the case.
