The handbags are very poorly made along with very thin leather. Should be a $20 Puckers in stitching, poorly cut pattern pieces. Don’t waste your money. The pictures look great, not the real handbag.

Poor quality bag which doesn’t look anything like the photo on the website. Cost £60 and looks like value of no more than £15. In order to return items you have to email the company and provide photos then pay for your own returns and wait 10-15 days once received for a refund

The zippers on the purse are not made well. Very disappointed

I ordered 3 bags and a wallet. I was not satisfied with the items and asked to return them. I followed the directions in a timely manner. They were all returned within the 30 day window. I paid for the shipping back to Denton, TX. I sent them the tracking number. The items were received by them. I have been emailing them now for 9 months and I still do not have my refund! UNBELIEVABLE! I have heard many reasons why I don't have the refund but now they are totally ignoring me. Update #2 - The next day I received an email from them - Here is their response! Dear Elizabeth, (LEGAL NAME) We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delay with your refund. We understand your disappointment. However, due to the circumstances surrounding this order and the ongoing negative claims made against our business, we are unable to process the refund at this time. We regret that this situation has continued for so long and appreciate your understanding. Noir & blanc customer care Now they refuse to issue a refund - they have my items, I paid for them, I can't get a refund through my credit card company because it is past 90 days and they are a foreign company so they won't pursue the issue. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! IF YOU DON"T LIKE YOUR PRODUCT YOU CAN NEVER GET A REFUND FOR IT! I think that my patience was great up until I hit the 9 month mark. I waited, waited, waited and no refund - 3 months of emailing and no refund, promising me that it would be within the next week, their refund system was down and then 10-15 business days - they really just want you to forget that you want a refund!

Shipping is too long. Never said they were company from out of the USA c3 weeks still don’t have order!

I would NEVER recommend buying from this company. I placed an order and immediately requested to cancel it. Instead of canceling my order, they kept asking unnecessary questions and delaying the process until they shipped the bag anyway. As soon as I received it, I contacted them again to request a return. First, they told me that their U.S. warehouse was not accepting returns and that I had to ship the bag back internationally at my own expense. Only after I argued with them did they suddenly agree to accept the return at their warehouse in Texas. They received my returned bag A MONTH AGO. I still have not received my refund, and now they are completely ignoring all of my emails. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They had no problem taking my money immediately, but when it came time to issue my refund, they disappeared and stopped responding.
