It is a great purse. Love the two straps. My only negative point is that I am still waiting for the extra guitar strap I ordered. It has been weeks now and I still have not received it. I hope you haven’t forgotten about me and that other strap that I paid for.

After receiving the backpack and deciding I didn't want it, I contacted the company to ask for a refund. They suggested that I keep the backpack and they would send me a free purse. I told them I wanted my refund not a free purse. So they told me I could send the bag back to China which I was not interested in doing. I ended up with a backpack and a purse, neither of which I wanted. I tried to post this review on their website and they did not post it. I will not buy from this company again. Be forewarned if you try to make a return.

Item shipped quickly, but had odd chemical smell. Felt cheap and definitely not full leather. Website says free hassle free returns, but upon initiating the return they wanted me to ship to China!!! No where on their website does it state that items will have to go back to China and customer must pay international shipping to return, what a joke!!

Love my red purse and it quality. I ordered two more, one for myself and one for a birthday gift to my girl friend. Thank you for providing such a wonderful product. Now to just add for more options in colors.
