Only have received one of the three purses I ordered. Order was placed nine days ago.

The zippers are cheap and keep getting…
The zippers are cheap and keep getting caught when trying to close them. Basically makes the purse useless because I can’t close it to keep my items safe.

Return process is lengthy and awful!
I did not care for the purse. The return process is lengthy and awful! Would not recommend this company.

Just a little too short
Just a little too short. Not big enough for an iPhone in its own slot without losing space for other items.

Disappointed
The original strap that came with the purse had a design on both sides, when I received another strap I ordered the design was only on one side. The original strap that came with the purse was ugly so of course people will order a new strap.

Disappointed in the purse
Disappointed in the purse. The zipper constantly gets caught on the inner fabric seam every time I close it completely.

Blue patterned shoulder strap transfers onto fingers!
I ordered the blue bag which I just received and after putting the cute patterned shoulder strap on it, my fingers are all blue!!!! Now I’m afraid to use that strap for fear of ruining my clothes. That was the strap I wanted to use!!!

Still haven’t received the 2nd purse
Still haven’t received the 2nd purse. Not happy with the quality or size. Please let me know where the other purse I ordered AND PAID FOR is? I would like to know how I return and get my cc credited for both purses . I’m so unhappy with it- and like I said I paid over $100. For one purse I don’t like & 1 purse I still haven’t received.
