On a recent hospital stay I was places on the Luna II cpap machine , boy what an improvement over what I was used to at home. Excellent customer service by Nick! He helped me with my order on the phone and had my oxygen concentrater shipped that same day. It arrived yesterday, well packaged . Works perfectly and is VERY quiet too!

Everything went smoothly. The unit I purchased arrived on time in good share. It was an authentic unit because it was able to connect with the manufacturer and the myAir app.

Paid a lot for a new cpap machine which is defective. They refused to exchange it. Spoke with Alex a rude jerk who claims he’s a respiratory therapist AND the owner of the company. He’s as much a respiratory therapist as my dog. Wouldn’t give me his last name. Why? Maybe because he runs a scam company. Called me names. Couldn’t be more unprofessional. Refused to exchange it, spewed out more verbal abuse and hung up. Put in a claim with American Express. Stay away from these crooks.

They made arrangements to send me a monthly supply of CPAP filter and water. Now, the delivery of my supplies is constant and consistent.
