GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jon treated me better than any customer service rep has in a long time. He bent over backwards to meet my needs and went beyond to take care of me. Not A Happy Camper
After FINALLY receiving my new chin strap in the mail it's just not enough to stay on all night. The product wraps around your chin and uses velcro to secure to the top of your head. I can imagine this thing falling off all night and slipping off which would keep me awake. It would be a great product if there was also a way to secure it not only on the top of your head but also the back. My bad for making the purchase. I saw the picture and probably should have known better.

I am so impr3essd with the kindness of Johnathan! I got very ill after leaving the cruise ship and so I had to keep the portable as long as I needed. helped me with the doctor's note as well. If I still need oxygen when I go to Cozumel in February, I will use No Insurance again! Thanks!

When I opened my package I was so excited couldn't wait for nighttime. I was equally delighted when I woke up and I had slept all night with my mask in the same place it started. The ones I have used would slip up my head then loosen around my nose or air leaking when I turned on my side. So far I am well pleased. Need chapstick on my lips to keep from Drying, no problem. Respirontics referred me to this company well pleased all around.
