No Insurance Medical Supplies were outstanding in service. The cost of my rental hurt me a lot. Wish it could have been less costly.

It took about a week to get my mask and I actually received someone else order. I called and they shipped out the correct mask to me, which would have been received a little faster if not for a weather delay on FedEx's end. Colleen was friendly and helpful in getting my issue addressed as quickly as possible.

I loved not being contacted for any reason. What I did not love was I never received any type of notification or heads up as to my order processing or timeline. Holding your fulfillment company to a 24 hour processing deadline and consumer notification will change your business. It Took about 15+ days for my order to arrive. I even got to the point after no contact on my order status for several days, I started to wonder if I was scammed. It’s an uneasy feeling not knowing if I could trust where I made my purchase from. Product is great though. Wish I could review just that...

The staff was very nice. I had to adjust the dates for my rental, and it was not clarified on the order. The equipment was first rate and I highly recommend the company and the Oxlife Independence.
