It took you guys 2 weeks to ship the products. I specifically chose the level of shipping because it's a second home and we are only there at certain times. It took 20+ days to get the items.. come on guys

Poor customer service for order mix-up!
I ordered several supplies for my CPAP machine. One of the items was a 12-pack of air filters. When the order arrived, only a package of one single filter was shipped. To acknowledge this error and with the intent to receive the correct components, I have made two phone calls, sent one email, and filled out one online "contact us" form with absolutely no response from this company. The initial ordering and delivery service was fast and easy but the back-end process to correct a mixed-up quantity is terrible.
