Received what was ordered in record time. Haven’t used product yet soon comment on quality. Would use company again and recommend.

I had a problem with my order and I had to leave multiple messages for 5+ days to get a response from the company. Reaching a live person was not a problem, however trying to reach someone to correct my order and send the right product was ridiculous. I was told they’d send out the correct product but not expedite shipping even though I’d previously paid $5.99 for shipping and due to their mistake still did not have the correct nebulizer mask (Spotz the dog) over a week later. 4 days later my “corrected” order showed up and once again they did not send the correct product. Instead of a Dalmatian mask I received a fish & a pink dragon for my son. Highly disappointed and annoyed that after 2 weeks of waiting I still did not have the correct product. My order clearly said 1 spikez nebulizer kit 1 spotz mask

Delivery was spot on. Price was better than Cleveland clinic could do! Quality merchandise! And, now, I sleep like a baby!! Thank you so much!!
