there was a problem ordering device...i ordered the wrong device,,,,,the vendor swapped devices as soon as we discovered the problem....so i feel that the vendor acted honestly and quickly....all in all a positive transaction.....

Ordered product on Friday and asked if it fit my machine. Was to take 4 days to deliver but 5 days later they emailed that it doesn't fit and isn't in stock. Not good.

Easy to deal with on the phone and through email. I have health coverage and it wanted me to pay almost double than what I spent here. On top of my rates going up too.

I made a mistake in typing in my email so I didn’t get an email back acknowledging my order so I didn’t think it went through. I sent another order and received two orders. When I called and asked about how to return one I was told I couldn’t because it was my mistake. Wow.
