I don't know if the product is good or bad. It's been almost three weeks since I ordered and still have received nothing. It took two weeks for a product that was allegedly in stock to be shipped. I'm not sure if they know what decade this is but that is not sustainable. I will never order from this company again. I am not that much of a psychotic brand loyalist. They're just sneakers. No pair of shoes is worth that level of neglect.

Over a week and still have not shipped
Over a week and still have not shipped, when I contacted them to cancel my order and refund my money, they told me they had to transfer me to a different department to initiate the refund. 2 hours later they conveniently created a tracking #. They then contacted me to tell me they are already shipped and can not be canceled. They still are not shipped however because it states "awaiting carrier pick-up". They only created a tracking # so they could tell me they are shipped and that it was too late.

Nobull? More like full of bull...
Well I fell for the marketing, which is just about the only thing this company is able to do right. I've come to learn their products are WAY overpriced and underdeliver from what is promised.
Waited nearly 2 weeks for the shoes I ordered (from the official nobull website) and they hadn't even shipped out yet.
The customer service only provide automated responses and aren't able to tell you an average wait time between ordering and shipping out or an ETA when your order will ship out - makes me feel like something not to be trusted is going on behind the scenes, how are they still in business? Is it a money laundering scheme?
Nobull have recently closed its UK operations, a clear sign that the company is struggling financially. This only reinforced my belief that I had made a mistake in ordering from Nobull. There has recently been a pretty substantial price increase on what was already an overpriced product (trainer plus).
The old owners of Nobull, obviously desperate to escape a sinking ship, sold a majority share of the company off to the current owner, Mike Repole. However Mike Repole has done nothing to improve the situation, instead implementing changes to further screw over customers.
I was lucky to have got a refund before this company eventually goes under. I had to resort to threatening a complaint via Visa and filing a chargeback in order for them to actually issue my refund - they seemed rather afraid of me taking that route.
Save yourself the hassle and frustration and look elsewhere for your fitness needs. In reality, the stress and potential to be taken advantage of as a customer isn't worth it. Nike, Adidas etc, make a competing product and even if Nike/Adidas' product isn't as hyped up as Nobull it's far superior in terms of just placing an order and receiving a good quality, stress free item.
For anyone who's waiting extreme times for their order to ship out, I implore you to seek a refund, file a chargeback / complaint through Visa if you have to but get your money back before Nobull cease to exist.

Poor service
I've been a customer of Nobull for 5 years, and have bought a lot of their merchandise. Multiple times now I have bought shoes from them where the insole came out after a few wears. Multiple times now I've placed an order to have it tell me they sent the item about a week later. Multiple times now I've tried to reach out to customer support and never got a response. Today is the 11th, and by its tracking data, the item I ordered has been sitting on "order placed" status since I ordered it on the 3rd. I tried to contact them to see what's going on, but no reply. The products, for the most part, are good, but the customer service is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. I'm probably done with them after this.

Dear NOBULL, you just lost a customer
Placed an order recently in their generous sale, not realising the terms are for ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES/REFUNDS, under any circumstances. Having bought a hoodie as a gift for my partner, it turned out to be too small - I simply wanted to exchange it for a size up, which should be a WIN WIN situation (they keep monies, I'm a happy customer), but no - their T&Cs are no refunds and they stubbornly stuck by them. Dear NOBULL, you just lost a customer - thank you for making it a no-brainer.

Poor customer service and wildly different sizes
Ordered 2 hoodies in the sale, both the same size. One fits great, the other one is considerably smaller. I emailed stating it’s likely they’ve given me the female version of the product by accident as the item was a repackage and the tags are clip ons. Sent photos of the disparity in sizes by laying the small hoodie over the one hoodie, both of which, as I remind you, are “the same size”
A person called “Aljohn” respond by stating they don’t do refunds and gave me a 10% discount code to spend on more clothes which probably don’t fit and can’t be returned.
Would recommend anyone stays away

No refund on sale items
As others have mentioned, their no refund/exchange on sale items is a joke. It is not in their standard T&Cs of you check online. It also contravenes the Consumer Credit Act 2015 in the UK:
"Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.
You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you."
The problem with Nobull is their sizes are wildly different. I'm a large in t shirt and medium in a hoody so how are you meant to get the size right first time?
It's a shame because their items are nice but leaves a very bitter taste in the mouth.

NO RETURN OPTION / NO EXCHANGE
Ordered a hooded top which arrived but was unfortunately too small. Nobull offered a no return or exchange as it was a sale item. Expensive clothing, poor customer service. Be aware of these cowboys.
