Terrible customer service. Unclear website and sizes, sneaky returns policy. I ordered some items in the UK sale. Shoe size was American rather than UK, this was not visible on mobile device. Shoes came completely wrong size and nobull refusing to allow a return as they were in sale. Again, this information is hidden in small print. Contacted company who are still refusing to allow a return and offered 20% discount on future orders as compensation. For an international company with big sponsorship deals, and expensive price tags I expected more customer-centric service. My advice - avoid all sale items, regular price is not justified given their clear disdain of their actual customers.

The absolutely worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Products are great but they can’t back it up with much deserved service so I’m out. Tia Toomey needs to another apparel co to promote because this incompetent organization is not making her look good. The website appears to be constructed by a 12 yr old. What a disgrace. I’ll never buy again.

Charged more than shown price!! Requesting refund several times without reasonable reply from they! Also more than one month and still waiting for the goods! This shop (incluing subsites) is a scam and one 9f the worsts things ever faced!! Do not buy!!

Shocking customer service and returns policy. Was bought 3 sweatshirts for Christmas, wrong size ordered and can’t return them for exchange because they are in the sale. I’m left with 3 jumpers that are way too big. Wont be ordering from Nobull again.

nobull is great - but the scum who are mirroring their website to rip people off can rot in hell.

Sent me the wrong size and now I have to fork out the money for a return. No free returns for the UK. Should have done my research before ordering.
