When I tried to return a pair of shoes online, I became very frustrated because I could not speak with someone and could not seem to get my order returned. I placed an online ticket and Anne reached back out to me within minutes. She was great to work with and helped me very quickly. She definitely made the whole experience turn around and got everything resolved within 30 minutes. Even though I think it would be easier to be able to speak with someone Anne was awesome.

I ordered some new workout shoes that were beautiful but unfortunately too large. Upon contacting the customer service representative, Anne, my issue was quickly resolved after a few questions. Anne was efficient, prompt and caring. I sincerely appreciate how quickly my concern was resolved.

I received excellent customer service from Frederic at No Bull. I bought Christmas presents for my daughter and her partner but got 2 of the sizes wrong. Frederic was quick to cancel my full order, arrange a full refund and re-order it all with the correct sizes. I will return to No Bull in February for my daughters birthday.
