I was told that if my order was over a certain amount I would get a free hat. When I checked out there was NO Hat. I reached out and within a day they got back to me and had a hat on the way by the next day. I greatly appreciate their customer service. I purchased my first pair of these shoes around 2014 and I'm happy to see they still give off a small company family feel. On another not their workout shirts are the best shirt I have purchased to train in. It will be my new gym uniform.

I had several hundred points built up and tried to use them on a subscription box, but the system would not allow it. When I went to try again, my points were gone and the rewards unavailable. I reached out to the service team and they were able to apply my rewards and passed on the situation to their team for future reference and possible improvement. They even refunded the shipping fee as a one time courtesy. I love Nobull shoes and have six pairs of them. I will be a forever customer and I am excited to try their new line of health and nutrition products.

My shoe exhibited a subtle structural defect early on. I shared this with staff and customer support. The response was totally positive. They offered a replacement and didn’t require me to package and return the defective pair. This is top shelf customer service. I have become a true No Bull fan.

Bought two pairs of outwork shoes, one in navy and one in black/gum. I wore the black pair for about four hours and noticed when I walked the shoe rolled to the inside. After trying on the navy I noticed that pair did not roll. Got in touch with customer service and they took care of the issues and are sending a new pair to take care of the issue. Extremely happy with how they handled the situation and will definitely be buying more apparel soon.
