Haven’t gotten my product yet but dealing with support was great! They were really quick to respond and kind to me as a new customer. It lead me to believe if future correspondence is necessary that they will be fair and obviously prompt.

I purchased a pair of shoes in October 2025. I noticed this week my right shoe was splitting from the toe to the middle of the shoe. I contacted support and after they saw the pictures they requested, they immediately offered a refund or a replacement pair. I opted for the replacement pair and look forward to wearing my No Bulls proudly.

I received a defective left shoe, but the representative that I spoke to using the chat feature was quickly responsive and offered a refund or a replacement pair of shoes. On the inside of the structure of the shoe itself, something out of place was causing pressure and pain when wearing the shoe. The top of my foot was bruised after wearing the shoes only once. It was only happening on the left shoe so it seems to be some kind of isolated incident or fault within the assembly process since the right shoe is completely fine and comfortable. I am otherwise very satisfied with the shoes and am looking forward to getting my replacement pair!

Thair allday line is so comfortable, works great for wide feet. Definitely recommended.

These NoBull people are relentless with their email campaigns. I don't know how I ever got on their list, but they won't stop, and they have NO UNSUBSCRIBE feature. That characteristic alone tells me - and hopefully you, too - that they are more bull than not. They do invite you to text them for service, so I did,... knowing that I can block them if they start texting me with nonsense... They responded once with a request for more info beyond my email. Nope! Just remove this email address... it's a simple request. And crickets... Everyday another email comes in. Everyday I text them back to say STOP. Nothing. I've never bought anything here. Will I ever? No chance. Who wants to work with a company which can't listen to customers or prospects?

I had an issue with a pair of shoes and they handled it perfectly. Great, fast customer service AND I do believe they care about their product. Will definitely be buying more shoes from them.
