The portrait was perfect. My boyfriend loved the gift of his Cat’s head on what resembled The Godfather. I will definitely order more for my dogs and recommend this company to friends. Shipping did take a little long, but we are in a pandemic so it’s 100% understandable. When I emailed customer service they were very helpful and transparent, letting me know shipping is taking longer than usual due to the circumstances.

I was so excited! I ordered mine 6/26. Very unhappy/disappointed with the first proof quality and when I was told there were no other "motorcycle" options like what I had orderd, I asked for a refund. I was told no refunds, only option was to pick another portrait. I've complained MANY times and seem to get the same answer "we're sorry" "not our policy" "customer satisfaction means everything to us, but no refunds, its clearly written on our website" "covid delays"... I settled for another portrait and okd the proof. I got notification my canvas was shipped on 7/16. Today 7/31 - I still don't have. Tracking STOPPED on 7/24 in Orlando, FL when UPS handed off to USPS. Orlando is 2 hours from me. This was 8 days ago. I asked Noble customer service yet again for help today tracking since they SHIPPED the package. I was told, "we're sorry, we can't track until the 12 day mark after it was handed over to USPS. Then it will be considered LOST. (??) How about TRACK the package for a very unhappy customer? Tell me where its at? Offer help, offer solution or resolution? I have an email trail of 33+ emails to and from Noble customer service. I will advise all: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible experience. $81.23 Noble Order Request #7774

Impressive! I am so impressed with this company. I placed my order and before I knew it i had the photo to review in case I felt it needed any changes. I thought it was perfect so no changes were needed. I ordered two, one for myself and a friend who has a new dog. They loved it too!!

I was very happy with my first purchase that I had to get a second one. I had a bit of a problem because I thought I didn't receive my orders and when I emailed for a follow-up, they immediately responded which was great. Overall, I'm super satisfied with the products and the customer service. I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I lost my boy back in October, and this portrait was a great way to honor him. It came out perfect, and I'm so so happy with it.
