My portrait is gorgeous, the customer service was awesome. This is my fourth portrait and I'm always very happy with the results!

Delivery time is terribly slow, and quality of the fabric is very low.

The item received does not look like the approved proof. The face of the dog is zoomed in on the item received and is uneven on the 2 shoes. Also, shipment took 15 days instead of the 5-10 days promised.

Love love love Noble Pawtrait. I first ordered the digital prints and then a Hawaiian shirt. At that time they weren't doing more than one pet but they acquiesced to my request. So I ordered more shirts. Then we got into the custom shirts and I've now ordered two custom designs with thoughts of the third in my head. Only things I wish were the shipping was a little faster and I wish I had a custom code to share with friends of mine on social media or people who ask about them when out in public.

Item came in after going from CA to Il back to CA. It’s made in China. It looks good and correctly sized. It takes about a month for the item to come, even though the shipping label is created about 2 days after ordering. That part is frustrating, create the label when the item is ready to ship.

Hi, thank you for your review. After your approval of the design, it will take 5-7 business days for production, 12-15 business days for US shipping, and up to 30 business days for international shipping. For more information, the package will have to be sorted in the shipping partner facility first, before being distributed to your address. So, this moving is a normal process. Please don't worry. Thank you for being our valued customer.
