We bought two chairs from them. One Amia and one leap. Lap was delivered with a wheel missing and it took them 6 weeks to send it to us. We had already returned the chair when the wheel got delivered! The Amia chair's arms had different heights! It was an awful experience but then return process was even worse! Their online return process gave us one label for two chairs! Since they are not open during the weekend we had to wait until Monday to get two labels. They said they are going to send us a box but they never did and we had a huge trouble to send the assmble chairs back! Besides all that their website sucks!!!!

Changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars because they fixed the issue, the initial review is below. I like my chair and i would have given it a 5 star review and i appreciate that they fixed the situation but i don't think the experience below is to be fully forgotten either, so i'm leaving it at a 4. Initial review: The chair was broken on arrival. The packaging is horrendous. One leg of the chair was outside the box and another one was broken inside and the chair i received is ultimately unuseable. To add insult to injury, the delivery happened unexpectedly after 4 weeks of radio silence from steelcase. I contacted the customer support a couple of times and received no information whatsoever, and i was called by the transport company the morning it was going to be delivered. This is unacceptable and there is no way to quickly contact steelcase to solve the issue. There is no phone number on their local website and i have to rely on email communication and they do take their time with sending replies.

Great delivery service and communication. The shipping company Steelcase contracted communicated in advance for the desired delivery time. The driver arrived on time and was very careful when offloading. The product is easy to assemble and with great quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Je vis à Tours et hélas, il n'y a pas de possibilité de tester des chaises Steelcase dans cette région. En gros il aurait fallu que je me rende à Poitiers, Angers ou Orléans en semaine… J'ai fini par acheter une Steelcase Think sans la tester et la livraison a été planifiée un jour et puis finalement retardée d'une semaine. Très frustrant mais ce n'est pas la faute de Steelcase pour autant. Lorsque j'ai reçu la chaise, j'ai pu la monter très facilement et je suis très satisfait de mon achat. La chaise est vraiment agréable, je me sens bien dedans et je peux y rester toute la journée pour travailler sans avoir mal quelque part. Le soir, je peux m'y installer dans une position encore plus détendue pour jouer et c'est top. Je suis ravi !
