DO NOT PURCHASE 2026 NISSAN SENTRA. THE DASHBOARD DOESN'T COME ON ALL THE TIME. THE DEALERSHIP SAYS IT'S A GLITCH IN THE SOFTWARE, JUST DEAL WITH IT. HORRIBLE SERVICE. IT'S A BRAND NEW CAR AND IT'S A LEMON. DON'T BUY OR LEASE.

Nissan is a horrible company. I have a 2017 Nissan rogue. They have not called my VIN number for all of their recalls and yet my car is experiencing all the recall issues very badly. I called Nissan Consumer Affairs and they don’t care, I’ve emailed the company and they don’t care even though these recalls can lead to a fire. All my warning lights pop on and off daily, there is phantom breaking on my car and I’m actually scared to drive it. Nissan doesn’t care about it customers and because of that I will never ever buy another Nissan. And I will post negative reviews everywhere possible

Purchased an EV at Bel Air Nissan. I was never told about the battery not charging properly when it gets cold, let alone winter. They had no idea what the issue was until I found out it was the battery and cold weather. They refused buy back option and have ignored my plea for a change in vehicle. They are there to sell but when it comes to owning up to their misinformation, they ignore you. Buyer beware.

I purchased $200 item online at nissanusa.com but no purchase confirmation. My card was charged and cleared - no confirmation. Neither on the second, third, fourth day. A week passed still no purchase confirmation, no email, nothing. I contacted them via their "contact us" web page... two times and still nothing. I called them and was re-directed, then re-directed, then re-directed...again and again and again. After about two hours on the phone they finally gave me the phone number. I called and was told that "we have not get to it yet but we will now and you will receive your item tomorrow". That was obviously a lie but I was happy something started to move. I received my Item in three days and my card was charged more for shipping, core charges and some other things I don't understand. The total became close to $400. I never received the return shipping label for the core . After that , I found the same Item on Amazon for $200 - same day delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with Nissan North America. My 2016 Nissan Rogue suffered a complete transmission failure at only 93,000 miles despite regular maintenance. This is not an isolated incident—it is a well-known, widespread issue with defective transmissions affecting many Nissan customers. It is unacceptable that a major automaker continues to deny responsibility while customers are left with thousands of dollars in repair costs. Nissan has refused to provide any meaningful support or accountability, which shows a clear lack of responsibility for a known defect. I strongly warn others to avoid Nissan vehicles with CVT transmission issues unless the company steps up and addresses this problem properly.

He saved my life. I bought my Nissan versa in Mississippi and the airbag deployment system system worked very well.

2015 Nissan Versa 83,850 odometer meter. Was running good up to March 12, 2006, no weird noises no transmission slipping . Car acceleration stopped in middle lane during rush hour on busy California highway.. Wish I new about CVT Transmission before my daughter could of had serious consequences that afternoon. No incentive by a Nissan. Besides poor vehicle Very Poor car for SAFETY.

ladies and gentlemen just don't buy a Nissan car, no customer service, the techs have no idea what they are doing because they don't get enough training so basically they don't know how to repair their own cars. my car had a computer problem and they weren't able to resolve it and i ended up trading it in with a Toyota. Now I have been trying to get my gap insurance refund and am still straggling for the past 5 months, so I am taking the case to court.
