Nissan let me buy a truck with a jack too short, left me stranded!! Case #56671288
Bought a Nissan titan truck from Green Acres Nissan in west palm beach florida. Ended up getting a flat on the side of the road and became stranded because the carjack inside of the nissan titan was from a nissan frontier so I am told at vero beach, fl nissan. I was told by the dealership, my only option was to pay for a new one and green acres Nissan never tried to correct the problem. Nissan consumer affairs was useless!!! They are claiming that this is a specific case but online that shows that there are multiple people that have had the same problem with their nissan titans.

Appalling Customer Service and Defective Tires on a Brand-New Ariya**
**Vehicle:** Nissan Ariya Engage (Less than 1 year old, 9,500 miles)
I initially wanted to love my Nissan Ariya Engage, but a recent, highly frustrating experience has completely ruined my perception of Nissan’s vehicle quality and customer support.
At just 9,500 miles—less than a year after purchasing the car—one of my tires completely burst while the vehicle was safely left in a parking lot.
When I took the issue to Nissan, they inspected it and openly admitted that the blowout was due to a **manufacturing defect**. However, instead of doing the right thing and taking care of a loyal customer driving a brand-new car, they completely washed their hands of the situation. Nissan claimed that tires are not covered under their warranty and told me I was on my own to deal with the tire manufacturer, Bridgestone.
This started an infuriating endless loop of finger-pointing:
* **Bridgestone** told me that to process a claim, the Nissan dealer needs to officially file it and provide the inspection details.
* **The Dealership / Nissan** has failed to resolve this or provide the necessary documentation to push the claim forward.
Hoping for some corporate accountability, I escalated the issue to the Nissan Consumer Relations team Instead of stepping in to facilitate the claim with their own dealership or Bridgestone, they offered absolutely zero help. Their official advice to me was literally to "continue reaching out to Bridgestone until they attend the call."
When you buy a brand-new vehicle, you expect the manufacturer to stand behind the product they sold you—especially when a part fails due to a recognized defect before hitting 10,000 miles. Leaving a customer stranded in a bureaucratic blame game between the dealership, corporate, and the tire manufacturer is entirely unacceptable.
If you are considering a Nissan Ariya, or any Nissan for that matter, be warned: if something goes wrong, they will not have your back. Highly disappointed and frustrated. Buyer beware.

I purchased my last Nissan in 2022
I purchased my last Nissan in 2022, and I've had 10. It will be the last and I'm going to trade in my wife's as well. The quality is not what it once was. The dealer network is also lacking in morals, ethics, honor, and integrity. My car has had a transmission replaced two years ago. The dealer refused to honor the warranty, and I had to fight them for two months. Managers treated me like dirt. Strikes 1 and 2. The car is a Kicks. Stike 3. Bad transmission again, not going to cover it. Windows don't roll down, radio was broke when I bought it, it was wrecked and not disclosed. Have to use a key to unlock it. Windshield is cracked and cannot be replaced because the collision warning system must be replaced. It doesn't work either. The product in my opinion is unsafe, and unreliable. I would steer clear. The product is trash, and the dealers will not support it.

… Goliath
Nissan Corporate operates like a giant company that thinks it answers to no one. When their local dealerships mislead you or violate guidelines, corporate does absolutely nothing to fix it. Instead of helping, they just run interference, give you the runaround, and protect their franchise locations.
It is incredibly clear that they are working together to hide the truth and withhold the information you are actively looking for. If you think calling corporate will resolve an issue with a deceptive dealership, don't waste your time. They just shield each other from accountability. Go above them. A stone well-placed will bring down every Goliath.

Unethical Practices
Unethical Practices, Retaliation, and Zero Support at Nissan Congreso Culiacán
Review:
I have always been a punctual, responsible, and loyal customer, but my recent experience at Nissan Congreso in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico, has been an absolute nightmare. I hold this specific dealership entirely responsible for the ongoing issues with my vehicle's registry and the official Nissan app.
Everything went downhill during my last service appointment. I had a severe altercation with a service advisor who explicitly calls himself "Christian Asesor Nissan Congreso". During the service, he attempted to charge me for improper, unauthorized, and completely unnecessary items. I confronted him and refused to pay for these shady charges.
Mysteriously, right after this altercation, my official Nissan app started malfunctioning (showing highly inaccurate mileage data that jeopardizes my warranty). It is extremely suspicious that this "administrative error" occurred immediately after I refused to be scammed by their employee.
Since then, the app has been useless, and the worst part is the complete lack of customer service. Absolutely no one at Nissan Congreso, nor at Nissan Mexico headquarters, is willing to help me fix this issue. They are completely ignoring me and washing their hands of a problem created by their own staff. It genuinely feels like retaliation from the advisor and the agency.
If you value your time, your money, and your car's warranty, avoid Nissan Congreso in Culiacán at all costs. Beware of "Christian Asesor Nissan Congreso," and be aware that Nissan Mexico will leave you completely abandoned if their staff messes up your digital records.

I purchased a 2024 Nissan rogue from…
I purchased a 2024 Nissan rogue from enterprise rent a car. Allied financing financed the vehicle. After a year of making payments, the payments were mishandled. That issue was dealt with. I inquired about lowering my monthly payments on the Nissan rogue and for an entire year of trying to lower the payments I've been denied. No customer assistance from Allied. They referred me to their collection agency. My last phone conversation I told them I want to return the vehicle and that they can come get it. This is the end of dealing with Nissan ever. My bad experience! After being denied since May 22,2026 I received an email from Allied asking if I want to talk about the vehicle. Very unprofessional!

I bought a "certified" used truck
I bought a certified used truck from Orange Park Nissan that allegedly went thru a comprehensive inspection. About a month after I bought it the head unit started crackling. First the dealer wanted to charge me for updating the firmware. Then after I got in contact with the Gm they decided to make it right. Only they wasted an hour and a half of my time and didn't touch my truck. I had to call the Gm again. He found out that the head unit wouldn't accept an upgrade and needed to be replaced. Not the service people who told me my truck was ready after not doing anything.
So I contacted consumer affairs who told me they'd be happy to pay fifty percent of the repairs on the truck I just bought. I just spent thirty k on the truck last month and now I get to spend a grand fixing it.
The Gm and the salesman are related and they are both great, but their hands were tied by Nissan and their service department. Not their fault.
I love my truck, and the kud that sold it to me is great and so is his brother the GM, very helpful and did the best they could to offer post sales support. But the service department and Nissan consumer affairs can suck it, I'm going to put an aftermarket head unit in and find literally anyone else to work on my truck but the dealership.

Nissan is unreliable
Nissan vehicles cannot be relied on for longevity. According to Nissan Consumer Affairs and Nissan Customer Service, a modern V8 engine that has been well-maintained cannot be expected to last more than 100k miles unless it is serviced exclusively by a Nissan dealership. A known defect (NTB19-057a) affecting their VK56VD engines occurred outside of the warranty, and they refuse to offer any sort of repair assistance if it is maintained outside of a dealer. Find a more reliable vehicle with a company that actually stands behind its product when they do something wrong.
