I purchased $200 item online at nissanusa.com but no purchase confirmation. My card was charged and cleared - no confirmation. Neither on the second, third, fourth day. A week passed still no purchase confirmation, no email, nothing. I contacted them via their "contact us" web page... two times and still nothing. I called them and was re-directed, then re-directed, then re-directed...again and again and again. After about two hours on the phone they finally gave me the phone number. I called and was told that "we have not get to it yet but we will now and you will receive your item tomorrow". That was obviously a lie but I was happy something started to move. I received my Item in three days and my card was charged more for shipping, core charges and some other things I don't understand. The total became close to $400. I never received the return shipping label for the core . After that , I found the same Item on Amazon for $200 - same day delivery.
