Leased a Nissan Rogue 2023 and had 24000 miles when I turned it in. They made me pay for their tires $715 because they said my tread was too thin. I could of had 12000 miles a year. How do you burn off tires with only 9000+ miles a year. When I spoke to my sales manager at the dealership where I bought the car, he said that Nissan puts soft tires on their cars. So do they make the people who lease them buy new tires right away? It seems like a bit of a scam to me. Anybody else having this problem with Nissan?

I recently purchased a new Nissan…
I recently purchased a new Nissan Murano from Carlock Nissan. This was my third purchase from them, and all three of my experiences were excellent. Chris Palmertree was my salesman for all three, and he went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and all my needs were met. I highly recommend Carlock Nissan and Chris to anyone searching for a new vehicle.

Can't leave a no star
Can't leave a no star. Worst company ever to deal with. My car has a full warranty, a part went out, it's been in the shop for 6 months because the part is not available. Nissan Corporate has admitted the part is not available, but won't do anything. They won't even put a representative on the phone that can actually speak decent English to help resolve the situation. They told us 3 days ago they were going to buy the car back due to parts not being available, and then called again today to say they WILL not be offering to buy the car back, however the part is still unavailable so they don't even know what they can do, but they WILL FULFILL THE WARRANTY... how can they fulfill the warranty with no parts?

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER WITH YOUR…
DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER WITH YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. As an automotive professional with 45 years of master technician experience, I caught this dealership red-handed trying to pass off a high-performance blue 2015 BMW M235i xDrive with a known, engine-destroying drivetrain failure.
THE HARDCORE DIAGNOSTIC FACTS: Under heavy automatic kickdown load, the car suffers from an unmitigated runability defect. A standard live data log will show catastrophic misfire data counters spiking, Short-Term Fuel Trims (STFT) pinning lean, and the boost control system violently acting up or switching off as the platform safety maps attempt to manage severe fuel starvation. This immediate high-boost, lean-running condition destroys the piston rings and liners, permanently gouging the Alusil cylinder walls. Because these blocks cannot be re-sleeved or bored out, it requires a total, non-repairable engine replacement.
THE DECEPTION: Management actively refused a basic, 15-minute road-test data log. Instead, they lied directly to my face, claiming a violent cylinder drop was a "factory rev limiter feature," and then tried to push an extended insurance warranty plan to cover up a pre-existing defect before signing the loan.
Prospective buyers: look up the video "This 16 BMW 235i was designed to fail! Can I fix it?" on the Car Wizard channel to see exactly how these engines self-destruct when fueling issues are ignored. Every deceptive statement and phone record from this lot has been permanently recorded and is being filed directly with the State Attorney General. Take your business elsewhere.

Incompetent (or dishonest) service across Oklahoma
Be bought our Pathfinder new in 2022 in Broken Arrow, OK. We bought the extended warranty. From day one, the heat on the passenger side has not worked. We have taken it in for service, under warranty, on four occasions to three separate dealership service departments. Our most recent visit, we also had an oil leak. Oil had been dripping on the driveway for a couple of weeks and my husband was able to find and video the leak under the car. At the time of drop off, I was also assured they would do a full inspection and fix anything that needed to be fixed as the Nissan exteded warranty was close to expiring.
A full week later I finally received a call that the car was ready to be picked up. Absolutely no work was done. I was told everything checked out perfectly. No issues with heater. No oil leak found. No other issues found. Come get it.
Driving home I quickly duplicated the heater issue (still blowing 20 degrees colder than driver side). Made it home and there is a steady drip of oil on the driveway. Called them back and sent a video of the drip, but they still denied there was anything to be fixed.
I will also note that when I arrived to pick up the car, they could not find it because they had put it under a different name. While waiting for them to figure out which car was mine due to that mix up, the poor lady in front of me was having a similar experience. While I don't know the details, she was also quite frustrated that there were service lights on in her vehicile and she was being told there were no issues and not to worry abou the lights. She kept asking waht to do when they come back on and was told many things could cause it, just don't worry about it.
We went directly to trade the car in. I will never own another Nissan. Not because of the car itself, but because of the pressure to purchase a warrant, taking it to 3 separate dealerships over the course of four years, and not once was anything ever fixed or addressed. Including taking it in to have brakes replaced. Metal on metal. They called me back and said the brakes were perfect and didn't need to be replaced. Took it straight to a mechanic who said they needed to be replaced immediately. Back to dealership and got an "ohh, we must have measured int he wrong place".
Four years. Three Dealerships / Service Departments. Not one was able to fix a single issue with the vehicle. Never again.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed! I contacted several Nissan dealerships regarding an AGM battery and received substantially different price quotes for what I understood to be the same battery and installation. I first called Gardena Nissan. I was transferred to the Service Department, where I was quoted $388. This was significantly higher than the $279.99 price I had initially been given, so I did not proceed. I then contacted Torrance Nissan and was told the price would be $279.99. After arriving, I was quoted $555.99 before labor and parts. Because the price was significantly different from what I had been told over the phone, I declined the service.I subsequently contacted Carson Nissan and was quoted $279.99 plus $59.99 for installation. I specifically asked whether the quoted price would be honored because of my previous experiences. Parts and Service confirmed the price and apologized for the inconsistent quotes I had received.
I cannot speak to the reason for the different prices, but from a customer’s perspective, the experience was confusing and frustrating. I was not looking for the cheapest option all I wanted was a clear and consistent pricing before agreeing to the service.
My son ultimately referred me to Sam’s Club where was treated respectfully, and they installed the battery at no charge and waived the $20 recycling fee.Based on my experience, I do not plan to make future purchases from these Nissan locations. I recommend that customers call multiple locations, ask exactly what is included in the quoted price, and confirm that the price will be honored before making the trip.

The entire experience has left us frustrated and will never retrun
The entire experience has left us extremely disappointed with Nissan. We expected transparency, accountability, and customer service—not to be hit with thousands of dollars in charges we believe were bogus after doing exactly what we were told to do.
After this experience, we will NEVER lease another Nissan, and we will NEVER own another Nissan. The way this situation was handled has completely destroyed our trust in the company.
