I found the service at Yara to be supportive and thorough. They are committed to helping women manage their menopause symptoms holistically. The methods while targeted to peri/post menopausal women are beneficial for everyone.

Im in my second week with Yara and so far they have been absolutely brilliant. I've been having extreme mood swings, debilitating anxiety and the start of depression, due to the menopause, work pressures, family stress and caring duties. All at once. I felt wiped out but I also couldn't relax. I came across Yara on Insta and wasn't sure if it could help but I signed up to the program. After a consultation and a few live yoga sessions with my teacher Srishti, my whole mind and body has calmed down and for the first time in months if not years, I feel peaceful. I followed the short daily yoga and pranayama videos which are posted for me on the Yara app and they are great as you do them in your own time. My coach Dr Fatima is brilliant - always on hand to answer questions and for Friendly encouragement on what's app. Dr Naveen is very knowledgeable and has provided excellent insights from a medical and Ayurveda perspective. I have a diet which I'm following and it's easy and delicious. Everyone is very flexible and kind. I'll see how it goes for the next few weeks but I'm very pleased I took a chance on this Yara programme.

I have joined Yara few months back. Referred by friend, initially I was bit sceptical to join yoga class. Then joined to give a try, couldn’t believe now it became part of my everyday activity. My gut health improved and relieved from my body pain. One to one session with my trainer is too good. They ll listen to our problems and give best solution through yoga. Highly recommend.

I love yoga! I was initially very unsure what yoga was. Now I absolutely love the feeling of the exercises/stretches yoga consists of. I definitely recommend Yara - they have been professional from the beginning. Dr Shristi is my favourite yoga teacher - she pushes me to my maximum and always motivates me in every session! Dr Anju also is also very lovely and very good with her communication!

Yara Team is an amazing group of ayurvedic doctors helping us to heal ourselves naturally through our ancient and holistic science of Ayurveda and yoga combined. All doctors are very approachable and friendly. Diet and recipes prescribed are easy to implement and they review everything periodically. Yara app works very well too. On the whole it's a excellent holistic approach to improve our mental and physical well being.

Lovely supportive team at Yara. Very helpful and insightful information regarding all things Yoga and wellbeing. Tailors the programme to fit round your health and circumstances. Feeling much lighter and loving getting back into my Yoga again with fabulous like minded people. Many thanks

I have been practicing yoga for about 8 years now and was interested in Yara to see how Yoga Therapy fitted alongside my regular practice. Now Yara IS my regular daily practice! I’ve found that my flexibility has increased, my strength improved, my body shape has altered considerably and my general energies and wellbeing has improved too. I understand now how this therapeutic yoga has had a subtle effect on my being… I like that the practice is tailored to the individual, that each week I meet with my personal health coach (an Ayurvedic doctor no less) and we work together to get the best out of the program. I enjoy my 1:1 sessions with my highly experienced yoga instructor and I enjoy too the community of Yara pupils who come together each week to enjoy shared asana classes and also health and wellness lessons. I guess what I appreciate most is that I have the best of yoga practitioners at my disposal to help me develop my yoga practice on and off the mat.

I began using YARA because I was suffering with abdominal pain. I am post menopausal and have suffered with constipation nearly all my life. My son was diagnosed with autoimmune encephalytis in 2017. As a result of his illness he is getting a lot of seizures, sometimes multiple seizures a day. The medication prescribed by the neurologist has several significant side effects including extreme tiredness, weight gain amongst other uncomfortable symptoms. I have faith that the lifestyle choices offered by the Ayurvedic philosophy will go a long way towards helping me and my son's health condition. I will be working on changing our mindset, attitude towards food and exercise. I have learned a lot from YARA in only a short time. It is making a big difference to me and I am already feeling the benefit of a change in my eating patterns and yoga. Thank you 🙏❤️
