HUGE LET DOWN POLICY - no refund policy mentioned on their website. wanted to cancel a day after i booked as something that was on going for 3 years finally got to court and was told you can't, we will hold your funds and you can continue as soon as you are done with personal legal issues the family is going through. I HAD MENTIONED ALL ALONG WHAT WE WERE GOING THROUGH - NO HEART - WE NEED THE MONEY TO PAY LAWYERS but no response. keep repeating the same thing - guys be CAREFUL AS ONCE YOUR MONEY IS GONE ITS GONE - £658 !!!!!!!!

came to Nirva because I was struggling with gut issues and IBS, and I explained my symptoms in detail. Unfortunately, I felt worse following the plan I was given. It didn’t feel tailored enough to my specific condition, and I was advised to eat vegetables that I know—and later confirmed—I couldn’t tolerate while trying to recover. As a result, my symptoms worsened, and I feel my recovery has been delayed rather than helped. After stopping the plan, I explained my symptoms in detail to ChatGPT and used it to create a diet plan that was actually tailored to what I was experiencing. That approach has been far more effective and is what finally started helping my symptoms improve. I expected a personalised service, especially given that IBS management varies significantly from person to person. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience, and I left feeling disappointed.

I changed my mind about the initial consultation and cancelled it well on time. Having received the acknowledgment that the consultation has been cancelled I then begun receiving relentless telephone calls and emails. I unsubscribed several times . I issued notice to delete my data and despite several apologies and assurances I will no longer be spammed I continue to receive emails. Terrible customer service and no resolution! Aggressive marketing which is unwarranted and undesirable!!! Terrible company to deal with !

I wish to give -5 if there any option instead of 1 star because since they received money whole team ignored to answer. After I paid £349 then everyone disappeared and even since December 2025 I’m requesting for refund not received any assistance. I aware people don’t get trapped in any schemes or promotions from them because they will scam you as I got scammed.

They are very annoying!! I have already unsubscribed a few times and they are still pestering me. I would not give them any penny. I saw agates ago their introduction team meeting and it felt very fake.

SCAM!! BE AWARE ON WHAT SERVICE YOU NEED/ PAY FOR- they will say yes to everything just to get your money I paid £500 for a 1:1 tailored gut health programme where I was promised it wouldn’t be just about diet and yoga but it would address and provide the services that I needed, which were to learn about my Gut, learn how to eliminate and open up the elimination pathways, heal my gut and to understand the root causes of my own gut issues. I wasn’t provided with that. Instead they kept just giving me recipes and they said just trust us. Even though I followed the recipes My health didn’t improved I gained more weight, more inches around my waist, my stress as increase from there being with them from the constant communication me telling how my health is getting worse or different symptoms I was experiencing and that I don’t just need recipes alone. They could see there was no improvements on my health and they didn’t make significant changes. Then to be told 3 months later from Dr naveen- in my opinion and awful person to work with. Always wanting to be right/ no compassion, comparing me to others saying it worked for them, no accountability. When we were one-to-one and didn’t have my health coach as a witness that’s when he said it’s only a diet and yoga services the company provides and that there’s nothing else he can do to help. Felt me stressed, in disbelief, mis sold that I had to pay £500 for just recipes in yoga which has left me short of money and with my health been a lot worse, I'm really upset and more depressed about this. I requested a refund and they said they don’t do that, only offered an extension of just more recipes/ food suggestions that didn’t work I will say the staff even my health coach were friendly and supportive but as a company especially Dr Mrudula they shouldn’t have taken on my case knowing that they don’t provide the services that I needed. Again, I especially said I didn’t need just recipes/ diet and I was promised it wouldn’t be just about that but they said they offer the things that I needed but turns out it was a lie

Its a money making scheme in the name of ayurveda. The doctors working there say yes to everything so you will join.They change the diet every week and tell you to take supplements, tell you to do certain postures but your body does not know what is happening and you end up getting other illness. And then at the end of 12weeks when you have not reached the goal you told them about they say join again and we work on it.
