Nirva is dependable, the Ayurvedic doctors were knowledgable, dependable and reachable. They have this 24/7 chat which is easy access and they reply 90% of the times soon. But every time they give you an answer and look after you. In my case they changed my diet, medicated me appropriately, assured me in every step, soothed my anxiety and hand held me almost daily. My immense gratitude and thanks to Dr. Anju and Dr. Ashwathi - they literally carried me thru my distress. I took treatment from March 2025 until Sep 2026- I only left Nirva after all my trouble was over and I was confident to carry on. I got my sessions in my own schedule- for some months I never took any consultation when I was ok and only used chat. Sometimes I had 2 meets in 2 weeks- they were pretty flexible. Basically in my case they saw me through. I am thankful for this support in a foreign land, thumbs up.

I started with Nirva a few months ago I have learnt a lot about meditation and yoga of which I was very sceptical. They have actually demistified the whole concept for me. I really enjoy the podcast too, which is very educative. The personalised care makes me feel special. Their response to some of my intimidating questions and the patience with which they respond is amazing. I feel like I am part of the family. I have recommended them to my friends and family. It started with a thorough initial assessment and realistic objectives were set based on my history. Practitioners then provided me with a detailed plan that included a diet plan and daily yoga sessions. A weekly consultation with a health practitioner was helpful to rewiev and monitor progress. A twined approach of controlled diet and yoga resulted in achieving the objectives and me coming off my anti-acid drug completely. I'm pleased with the outcome and great service. Malik Ahmed

The diet plan was fairly clear and definitely reduced my issues with wind and bloating. It aggravated my acid reflux a bit, but I blame that mostly on me forgetting to drink the herbal teas that were recommended (they even gave me recipes!). The yoga was nice and relaxing too. It helped with a tendon issue I got shortly before I started with them. It’s not 100% healed (yet) but it’s much less of an issue now. The staff were relatively quick to respond. I was initially put off by the auto-reply bot, but that only happens for the first message you send and isn’t reflective of the whole experience. After that first message, it’s pretty much always a human who gets back to you and gives you a human answer. As an added bonus, I appear to have lost some weight that had been clinging to me rather stubbornly despite my efforts to shake it off with vigorous exercise. I wouldn’t believe it if I (and my family) hadn’t seen it myself.

Without a second thought I seen Nirvas advertising and I took the step, made further enquiries. Stress levels where at a peak. And gut issues had become terribly debilitating. Disciplinary methods to regain a routine and a system was what I needed to do. Nirva with it's supported 1 to 1s with 3 Dr's gave me that nudge to redirect myself. God's way of telling me to seek help! I've really felt the benefits it the change of diet and the excercises. The friendly and understanding approach offered through the consultations and reviews is key to building a relationship with the clients very happy i made this decision. Overall it's financially doable if your serious about making a change, a mindset to a better lifestyle, you owe it to yourself!!

I have discovered a completely natural health programme for women in Nirva, never heard of something similar and it is life changing. I am looking forward to everything else I will still learn with them, I feel so much better now in so many levels. I do recommend you give it a try if you think this could help you. The yoga doctors are well trained and understand individual needs. I found my own yoga practice tailored for my own body’s need. I needed to calm down my body’s response to PTSD. Doing the pranayama practices with a sturdy and centred Dr. Shrishti was essential! It was a wonderful partnership. Thank you to Dr Amala too for her patience, support and understanding. I enjoy my personalised Yoga sessions thoroughly because Dr. Nandini not only helps me to take care of my body & specific pains but also eases my mental stress. Diet plan has been simplified according to my time & needs by Dr Navin and I hope that he will introduce more new recipes slowly & gradually. He also helped me a great deal to recover from severe hamorrhoids, by introducing special drinks i.e. black resins smoothy and cumin infusion.
