Life-changing results for my gut health I struggled with persistent gut issues for a long time, but completing the 6-month plan with Nirva Health made a world of difference. The doctors and the entire support team are exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. The program itself is very well-structured yet flexible enough to fit into a busy daily routine without feeling overwhelming. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for sustainable health support!

Nirva is dependable, the Ayurvedic doctors were knowledgable, dependable and reachable. They have this 24/7 chat which is easy access and they reply 90% of the times soon. But every time they give you an answer and look after you. In my case they changed my diet, medicated me appropriately, assured me in every step, soothed my anxiety and hand held me almost daily. My immense gratitude and thanks to Dr. Anju and Dr. Ashwathi - they literally carried me thru my distress. I took treatment from March 2025 until Sep 2026- I only left Nirva after all my trouble was over and I was confident to carry on. I got my sessions in my own schedule- for some months I never took any consultation when I was ok and only used chat. Sometimes I had 2 meets in 2 weeks- they were pretty flexible. Basically in my case they saw me through. I am thankful for this support in a foreign land, thumbs up.

I highly recommend the Nirva app! Dr Mrudula the consultant who made a plan which healed my acid reflux and helped my Rheumatoid Arthritis! Shruti my yoga instructor, who encouraged me with my practice, I’d never done yoga before, so patient with me and knowledgeable. Encouraging me so I learnt my exercises quickly and enjoyed my 1-1 lesson, sending me our video so I could practice the technique, until I got it! Honestly my hands and feet are so much better, also Enas my health coach, very helpful. These six months have past so quickly, how I feel now to how I started is a miracle, I feel so blessed with my results! Don’t get me wrong, you have to eat and drink things you might never have heard of but for the benefits I’ve received they are worth it! I got in touch with Nirva when I was in real distress due to my bloating and indigestion. That was the turning point in my life. I got the right instructions, a tam of 3 supportive doctors who are like a family now. It is just 2 months and I have started to see the difference. Just over 2 months in and I am feeling so much better! Gut inflammation down, much less pain, bloating and gurgling and if it does happen I have strategies to help so I am feeling more confident, with energy levels increasing daily. However I'm also learning to pace myself, to take life calmly. The yoga and breathing exercises support body function from every aspect. It is lovely to have such an excellent coach, yoga instructor and consultant, and to meet with them so regularly. Always listening, attentive, responsive and encouraging. I am so pleased I took the plunge and signed up! Initially it seemed expensive but soon I realised I'd found a bargain far superior to any local health coach or gym membership! Through my coaches, I receive regular 1:1 (Zoom) yoga, diet and lifestyle meetings all planned to fit in with my needs. Added to that is a user friendly app presenting personalised advice, my diet (interesting tasty recipes), assorted yoga routines, enlightening podcasts, health advice and much, much more. I choose from the meditations to finish (and sometimes start) my day. Dr Anjana, Dr Nayana and Dr Manisha have all been wonderful and their knowledgeable, friendly and supportive guidance has helped motivate my making massive improvements to my gut irritations, weight, sleep and general bodily health! Our conversations are so easy that I have begun to see them as close friends or family. Just love using their little tips and Ayuvedic remedies. IT/internet glitches have occasionally briefly popped into the picture but were efficiently responded to and my coaches' knowledge and patience has definately saved the day when its my equipment playing up. The positive progress and habits I developed during my first 3 month program have also boosted my confidence, this even more now, as others notice too. I am proud of my achievements but am immensely greatful to all my coaches for their warmth and full commitment to my well-being. HUGE LET DOWN POLICY - no refund policy mentioned on their website. wanted to cancel a day after i booked as something that was on going for 3 years finally got to court and was told you can't, we will hold your funds and you can continue as soon as you are done with personal legal issues the family is going through. I HAD MENTIONED ALL ALONG WHAT WE WERE GOING THROUGH - NO HEART - WE NEED THE MONEY TO PAY LAWYERS but no response. keep repeating the same thing - guys be CAREFUL AS ONCE YOUR MONEY IS GONE ITS GONE - £658 !!!!!!!!
