NirvaReviews of nirvahealth.com

The professional and caring nature of the physicians here is amazing, They are kind and the service they render with knowledge from Ayurvedic methods is remarkable. Bringing ancient wisdom to the modern world using all forms of modern technology is a testament to what India is capable of. I’m truly moved by the effort they take and wish more people could benefit from this service.

Nirva has been an eye opener for me. Nirva have helped me get back on track with healthy lifestyle. Dr Fathima is such a wonderful health coach and she is available at all times for queries and advice. They are a lovely team of Ayurveda and yoga practitioners who are dedicated to spreading awareness of healthy living. The team at Nirva work with you and advise accordingly. Thank you Nirva

I am having an amazing experience with Nirva. It’s a group of lovely ladies, they are really caring, knowledgeable and professional. I have been passing through pre menopause symptoms, however, within a month of following their instruction, I can see a massive improvement physically and mentally. I got my motivation back, feeling very happy and optimistic. Thank you so much ladies!

The yoga sessions have really helped me to relax, lower my hypertension and loosen my muscles. I am surprised how much I am enjoying these sessions given that I wasn't keen on yoga beforehand. I also have more energy and less bloating in following the diet most of the time. What makes this programme special is the support, access to staff, interest and advice from the doctors and health coach. You never feel alone in this new lifestyle journey. I would highly recommend this programme.

I am enjoying my holistic journey with the Nirva family. Dr Jo Ann, Dr Naveen and Dr Srishti are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and approachable. Always taking the time to explain things in layman’s terms. To date, by following the diet plan and therapeutic yoga, I have lost 20kgs. My blood pressure has lowered so much that my GP has reduced my blood pressure medication dosage. I cannot leave out the rest of the Nirva team, whom all play an essential role in making this possible. So, if you want to improve your mental, physical and spiritual well-being, Team Nirva is the way to go.

After every session of yoga I feel both energised and relaxed and ready to face the day. Each session is tailored to what I need on that day so that it works with how I’m feeling and I’m becoming fitter week by week. Many thanks for the support and encouragement

Nirva has helped me a lot over last 4 months. The best part is that they take care of physical symptoms, mental health and yoga. It is personalized to my need which change constantly. Always there to answer doubts. I wondered how I could follow everything which was advised with my busy schedule but they helped me and changed my lifestyle which in turn is helping managing my stress better. I would highly recommend Nirva's holistic care.

When I came to Yara 4 months ago I was in recover from Breast cancer treatment. My mental health was poor, my joints ached, my average sleep was 3-4 hours, constantly waking in the middle of the night. Also my gut health was poor from digestion onwards. I can say after my weekly sessions with Srishti that I'm finding that my breathing has improved significantly and I feel calmer and more at one with myself. I have found that the breathing techniques help me when I'm feeling stressed or anxious. My movement has improved greatly and although I'd like it to be better I'm not suffering from the aches and pains that I was. The muscle stiffness from my surgeries has all but gone. In terms of my gut health, although my appetite has not yet returned to what it was, my digestion and bowel function have improved dramatically. Yoga has made a massive difference to my life and I'm looking forward to the next six months! 😊
