josh and richard are amazing i've been. in there online webinar since they started this year and they really break down market data right before market open potential LIVE trades some profit always teach risk management. You can sign up for the free stuff but they won't ever deliver it to you. So don't bother. If this is how they treat their people who are wanting to try them out why would I give them money

Bought the software, can't access it. Spoke to customer service once today and they didn't know why I didn't have access. Been trying to get ahold of them since then with no answer. Guess I'm getting ready to dispute the transaction.

I called and talked to customer service. They were patient and helped me resolve my problem. Good experience.
