Support is TERRIBLE When purchasing the product they answered their phones INSTANTLY Now I own the product there are many glitches upon calling 9 times I continue to get only voicemails and only 1 returned call early am. Issues installing Impossible to get email or call returned after 6 calls voicemails only and 2 emails and website chat only a bot :( Was on webinar with Jordan he texted company Got a call in a few minutes still working on getting program to work

I didn't hear anything from you for a couple of days after I spent $1997 for the Quantum Edge robot. That really surprised me, especially after all the talk about "white glove treatment" in the webinar promoting it. I had to contact and go back and forth with your support for a couple more days (they said they were not showing a purchase, but I forwarded them my receipt) before I finally got access. It appears to be resolved now, but was a little annoying getting to this point.

The people running the trade rooms are great. They really know their business and are always ready to help. I just purchased Quantum Edge and agree that I am early in the learning process, but it is frustrating not to find a place to get answers. I looked through the dashboard, but a lot is missing. I am sure that answers will come, but I have become a "need it now" guy in my old age.

There appears to be two different web pages. When I log on one of the pages I can't get to the platforms that I signed up for. I can only get to the proper page by responding to a recent email from Ninjacators. Support is limited to regular hours Monday thru Friday. Some of my issues come up late Friday or over the weekend.

Porthor must be more timely. Ninja Trader needs to manage relations between servicing vendors.

Brent did a good job on helping me with initial setup. However, I find the various training modules to be only so-so. Instead of 7 minutes for how to backtest strategies make it 15 mins and actually explain key terms. In the optimization session the guy mentioned the importance of shortening the "time to recover" over and over. Why not explain how he interprets that measure? The "use profit target" box isn't checked but the "exit at end of TSL interval" is. I've been trading for 30 years (most recently on TOS, not NT) and I've never used that term so I googled it. Why not explain for 10 seconds what "TSL interval" means? It's really important clearly since that's the trigger to exit a profitable trade. Lots of other times when a certain level of knowledge is assumed when probably 1 in 10 actually know what he's talking about.
