This is my second purchase from these guys

Ordered during a very busy period for them; however, responded very quickly! Very helpful and knowledgeable! Would definitely use these "Guys" again!

Okay I will say they are hard to get a hold of at times. Some of that was due to timing of my order which was completed then, they were closed for a week because they were at Shot Week, I was unware of this. My order did get a bit messed up and delayed for a couple reasons. But Felix did a great job and was there in the end to correct it and get it to me. It didn't help me personally that my buddy ordered the same thing from them 3 days after me and got it within just a couple days he is and was very very happy. I truly believe they are great to work with and would use them again in a Heart Beat! I did start wonder at times but my worries were unnecessary. Thanks Felix

I talked to the owner, Mr. Teper, on the phone and he was helpful in organizing an order of what I needed. He emailed me a quote for the items we talked about. I replied with a purchase order. I confirmed with him 5 days later that he received it and he said he did. After no contact for a month I checked in with him again and he asked if I sent the PO. I told him I had and that I had confirmed with him that he received it. That was the last I heard from Mr. Teper... He never responded to another email from me. 28 days after I last heard from him, I emailed and requested to cancel the order and still received no response. Moved on to TNVC.com.

Felix (and sales) have had several days to respond to an issue with my purchase and I've received no communication other than a vague response saying my email must have been overlooked...

Had the best experience I have had in long time! Felix was awesome I made a mistake and I emailed them and within 5 minutes he was in contact with me on my order. I asked him some question being this was my first ever thermal scope and he was above and beyond helpful with me! I will highly recommend to anyone that is looking!!

Awesome company, had an issue with shipping they were spot on taking of it!
