Terrific Service and Quality
I have to say, at first I was not happy. When I ordered my scope it said they were in stock and then after charging my account I was told they were out of stock. But, Felix with Night Vision Guys did everything he could to get me my scope. I have received it and I am so happy with it so far. It was a gift to the man in my life so we will see what he thinks. He is the expert! Thank you so much Felix and Night Vision Guys for going the extra mile for us!

Positive, positive, positive- infinity!
There isn’t enough room for all of the praise & accolades that I have for the NightVisionGuys! First of all, they’re selling some true quality products. Secondly, they aren’t just saying that customer care/satisfaction is a high priority- they are practicing it! I’m always nervous when dealing with a business online that I’ve never dealt with or heard of, but I’m here to say - NO WORRIES with these guys! I had some difficulties with my order, and even through all of this pandemic mess they made sure that I was taken care of (especially Felix!- thank you sir!). I’ll stop here, but I want to say so much more! Great outfit to buy from! Don’t hesitate! 👍👍😎

Best customer service💯
I ordered a Trijicon Patrol thermal and within ten minutes of placing my order, Felix called and told me that it would be a while before they got it in, so he recommended a different thermal, which is even better. He was able to change my order within minutes and everything is good to go now. I couldn't be happier. Felix and the NVG's went above and beyond! I will definitely be using these guys way more!! 👍🏼😎

Excellent service
Excellent service. I ordered night vision and was informed it was not in stock immediately after ordering it. This was at 10 PM. They found me a different set and made all the changes to the order in minutes.

These guys are the best. Professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Texts were answered within minutes, calls and emails the same. Very easy and a military discount to boot. Great shop!
