This is a great company to order from I've placed several orders from them for thermal scopes best prices I have found coupon codes didnt work but talked to them on the phone and they applied them over the phone so no big deal and where these reviews are coming from and the terrible customer service I haven't experienced that at all always responded within the day I also returned a scope and it somehow it disappeared dont know who was at fault the ups store or what but nightvisionguys are the ones who made it right so they are who is going to get the applause from me a little hiccup in the return and those things happen no matter who the company is but the way they handled it was very satisfactory top notch company from my experience I definitely recommend them to anyone

Constructive criticism of site
To me the website just didn't seem to flow. Like there was some sort of disconnect. Was a little surprised that there were no reviews of the AGM Rattler 3.5 Thermal I admit I'm not the sharpest tack in the box when it comes to ordering from websites, but I was really disappointed when trying to use the Night Vision Guys coupons I had found. None worked and I finally gave up. All were for April and May time slots. Thx Lynn

This is nothing but a scam bad thing I feel for it I got on there site paid for it then keep waiting for it never showed up I tried to call phone number no good I tried there email always comes back I tried everything can not get a hold of anyone so I called attorney general guss what I am not the only one I wonder if any of these reviews are real

Please explain to everyone with DETAILS how this is a scam? We have NO ORDERS with your name. Phone number is "no good"? We have a perfectly working phone number. Email "always comes back"? Our emails are working perfectly without any issues. Lastly, if you look at our site, you will see the following message "Our office will be closed from 04/26 - 04/29 conducting yearly inventory. We will resume shipping on 04/30. Please contact us via email and/or text. Calls will not be accepted. Online orders available!" This is morally and ethically wrong! The only thing you are doing is hurting our small business!

I tried three times to order the nvg
I tried three times to order the nvg. Twice on my iPad without success and on I phoned and gave up after 15 min. On one order on my iPad I paid through PayPal and it brought me back to an empty cart and no order number. I called customer support and gave up after 10 minutes, I texted customer support and asked if the item was in stock and 2 days later got a reply of yes. I tried to order on iPad again and again came back to an empty cart. I texted customer support and explained what happened and 26 hours later got a reply “Hi, Did you receive an order confirmation?” I replie no and never got a reply.YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE!!!
