Good up front help in ordering our doors, and they are absolutely beautiful and top quality, but sales rep did not inform me about shipping, including when they were shipping and that i was responsible for getting them off the truck once at my home. 650 lb. double doors makes that big time information that was not provided to me. Had to scramble to get bodies to help, but in the end huge kudo's to the Dayton Freight driver who went way beyond in helping to get them off the truck and into my garage.

The product was great. Sales staff were helpful, but sometimes hard to reach. Shipping was very good. Carrier helped with the unloading, as the doors and trim that I purchased were packed very well, but the crates were big. Overall, would order again from this company.

Nick's did awesome job on getting doors ready in a short time. However, the company they use to ship literally took a week to deliver them...
