order was more than a couple of wks. slower in being filled than I thought-- according to the company's own info. & some minor damage on 1 (of 4) doors-- maybe not bad enough to return for exchange-- I'll need to talk to (Nick's) the door vendor. It appears as though something scratched/scraped against 1 (of 2 same) Mahogany Interior doors. What ever it was that happened to the door, left a gouged line across the broad side which is several inches long. The gouge is about 1/8 of an inch deep @ the deepest spot & is green-- as if something painted green & harder than the door scraped against it. I don't see how this could have happened in transport, b/c there was no visible damage to either 2 crates. Also, the delivery driver (Rick), from ABF Freight Systems absolutely refused to stay after he off loaded my 2 crates-- not giving us a chance to inspect the doors while he was there. His reply to my asking him to wait while we inspect the doors, was quote; ''No-- time is money'' This is unacceptable-- after being told by the door vendor (Nick's), both on a phone call to sales rep. 'Elizabeth' & a follow-up email from 'Mike', that I was supposed to inspect the doors & if there was damage, I could give the damaged article(s) back to the transport truck immediately. I have a further problem with ABF Freight delivery driver (Rick). He was 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours early-- according to what his dispatcher (Owen @ 800-610-5544 & 250-718-6363)-- told me to expect-- who I spoke to the day before & the morning of the delivery when I called him @ 9:10 am Sept. 30th. This was awkward for us b/c the 2 friends that had agreed to meet up w/me & driver Rick (recommended to make off-loading safer & quicker) had to be re-contacted by me (& Rick by cell phone), in order to hastily change the delivery time. My 2 friends were @ their own day jobs & luckily were still able to make it. These 2 friends were witnesses to be able to verify all that I have stated here & I can provide their names & phone #'s.

Great doors, great hardware. delivery took 3 weeks from date of order. pretty much what was said of a 2-3 week delivery. Would buy from them again.

The garage door I have received in better than expected condition.

Overall, everything was good. However, we received an e-mail stating we would be contacted to set up a date and time for delivery. We were not informed, obtained a call once the driver was in Duncan. This was not ideal, being the weight is 600lbs. My husband has to take time off work to meet the delivery gentleman, we had to have the doors delivered at our business due to no equipment on hand to unload at our residence - due to no notice. It's a shame we paid so much in shipping and lost time in work and had to move the doors independently again to our residence.

We looked for a vendor to produce a Speak Easy door for our new build. Cost seemed in line so we ordered. The door has arrived but much to our dismay it looks as if there is a defect when in fact it is the filler used in cracks of the wood. This particular wood crack is in line with the metal of the Speak Easy opening and appears like a continuation of black paint. If I saw this door on the show room floor I would consider it a second due to this unfortunate wood cracks location. We expected a rustic door (Alder wood) but this crack is right at eye level and everyone will see it. The door itself is stunning and we love it, except for this flaw. We are surprised one of the woodworkers did not catch this. One other issue we encountered was delayed or lack of communication (e-mail). We are still giving it 4 stars because the door is what we wanted at a reasonable price.

Beautiful doors, thought you made them in house but boxes say "made in China". Maybe that's why it took 3 weeks to deliver when salesman said doors could be shipped to me within 3 days of purchase.

Love my doors but a little slow to deliver. One door came finished with clavos but for some reason the other door did not come complete but included the clavos in boxes for us to attach. A little disappointed they did not both come completed.

Great people and fine craftsmanship. One problem came up on communication, in that I ordered one door knob for a Arched door and it came with two. One for dead bolt (not needed for interior door) and for the standard knob. Rather than sending back to start over I just accepted it; but with disappointment. Doors are gorgeous though! Strongly recommend them for custom doors.
