veneer on edges of all the doors is loosely attached and is coming off W/R to the smaller door (60X80), the working door was not straight and there is a 1/4-inch bow at the top - everything is plumb but it doesn't sit flush against the other door when they are closed the interior sides of many of the the double glass window inserts installed in the doors were apparently dirty on installation, and of course can not be cleaned. the stripping on the bottom of the door is plastic not metal not happy with the doors

We furnish every door in our house and had an issue with our garage doors that your company was aware of , never followed through with what I was told they were going to do after several attempts. Very disappointed

Contacting the stainer to finish the doors was difficult at best, lead times are terrible. An outside door was ordered and supposed to be a stock item after 3 weeks we were told it was out of the country and would be months! Deleted their contact info

Purchasing the door was easy. Was told I could expect the door to ship by a certain date. It shipped almost 2 weeks later. When it finally did ship, it arrived at the delivery service location quickly. The actual delivery was the issue. In the fine print, it states the customer is responsible for getting the door off the truck if it's over a certain size. That's just fine, but when we called to see if there was a service that we could pay for that would help us (since we are not contractors, builders, etc.) they proceeded to patronize me. I could not believe I was actually experiencing this with a company representative. John or Brandon (he identified himself as both names at two separate times in the conversation) told me, "it's not my fault that you were irresponsible and didn't read through all of the terms and conditions." He also used the "f" word while speaking with me, interrupted me on several occasions when I was trying to ask or explain something and then ended up hanging up on me! I never cussed at him and asked him several times to stop interrupting me and to let me finish speaking. I still am in shock that I actually experienced that. Never have I ever had a sales rep speak to me the way he did. No solution was made due to the fact that he hung up on me. So we had an 800 lb crate delivered to us that my husband, stepdad and neighbors had to unload from an 18 wheeler. I'm sure a service could have been provided to help us but none was suggested. Instead John or Brandon felt that the best way to serve his customers was to patronize them. I really wish we had purchased our door from a more professional company. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but that's no excuse to treat a paying customer the way we were treated.

We purchased a sample interior door to see if we would like Nicks Building doors. Thank goodness we did as the door had several problematic issues. The most significant issue was the huge 1/4 inch gap between the door and the jamb that allowed light in. Also there was a chip in the laminate at the corner of the door. When asked about the gap, the representative said that was within the tolerance for their doors. That large of a gap is very shoddy looking! Answer: You made my point…thank you. As I explained carefully to you.....I was willing to fill in the nick in the laminate and re sand your sanding errors…The last straw was the 29 3/4 inch door to fill a 30 inch opening. You say that is not a problem...my point exactly...Shoddy. If a person is happy with a quarter inch gap then they should buy from you...I would advise they inspect it closely before accepting it in case there is a nick or sanding against the grain. It is not about time but about quality… I called for you to simply get me a door that was 29 7/8 inches wide and to assure that future doors would be that size… You said that was impossible so we will go elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE is my only comment.
