Very good experience dealing with owners and Sales (Elizabeth) professional and good product knowledge. Product second to none , delivery as promised We are very pleased with new beautiful door.

I am the type of shopper that researches in detail to find exactly what I am looking for in quality of product, service, and price and I am completely satisfied with Nick"s; this is why they receive a five star rating with me. I ordered one of their stained prehung handcarved doors. After visiting the site and reading reviews I asked my contractors ahead of time to plan on installation of door 8 weeks from the time of purchase. I ordered the door in mid April, production time to finish the door was six weeks, and delivered to me by seventh week. . Please, please, please give your project the time frame that is needed to finish and deliver you the quality product that you desire, the quality of product that I know that Nick's want to deliver, and you, Nick's and your contractors will be very happy. The door that I replaced was a wood door, but this wood door stands out! They curb appeal that it adds and value to you home is priceless. Yes, I see that they have had some unhappy customers, but that's in every business. I'm here to say that I'm not always the easiest to please; I have been labeled as an over achiever and a perfectionist and Nick's gets my vote and I would purchase from them again. I used the lift freight service and the door was delivered without incident, and my contractors had no difficulty with installation. I have received so many wonderful compliments on the quality, craftsmanship, and beauty of this door. Thanks Nick's once again for your service and making this homeowner a very happy one.

I'm in Canada and required some custom doors for a garage / workshop. Having looked through all my local options, I came across Nick's Building, and was impressed with the range of options and very reasonable prices. It was actually cheaper for me to order the doors, and have them shipped to Canada even with the current exchange rate, than it was to get custom options locally. They arrived very well crated, and in mint condition. The quality is better than expected. I chose unfinished doors and got to know them intimately while finishing them. Excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the quality of the doors AND hardware. Most importantly, the personal service and attention to my orders has been outstanding. No reason to order from stores around here. I now go direct to the manufacturer for all my doors! Try Nick's - you won't regret it.

The employees at Nicks Building are honest, knowledgeable, and polite. And the doors are beautiful. They picked a great shipper, too. If you've ever wondered about a large purchase like this done online, I can tell you from lots of personal experience, NOBODY can beat a great online vendor, either in customer service, product knowledge, willingness to assist, or pure value.

Was delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Love our door! Have had it for several years now in harsh Canadian conditions... Broke the window recently (weed eater) and had to order a replacement. Elizabeth was very helpful as usual and the replacement window arrived promptly and very well packaged (same as with the doors from Nick's). Very satisfied with the sales and service from Nick's.
