Nick's BuildingReviews of nicksbuilding.com

The staff was always courteous and very helpful. We love the new door. It was exactly as it appeared on the web page

What a beautiful door! I waited to write this review until I was sure...the door has now been installed for three weeks and I have to say that everything was perfect. The workmanship was some of the best we (and our installer) had ever seen. We chose "English Chestnut" for the stain and applied several coats of a marine varnish. The door swings easily and everyone who has seen it has commented on its beauty and quality of construction. On a final note, the process of ordering on line did scare me...but I have to say that NIck's made it really easy...from the instructions of how to measure what we needed to the company that delivered it. Everything was perfect! and one rarely finds that situation. Thank you to all at Nick's who made this possible.

Great service great value. Two solid wood high quality interior doors. I liked it.

We received our solid mahogany entry door (and side panels) with majestic glass and it is simply gorgeous. Installation should be complete by the weekend and trust that we won't have a problem with installation. I do have several suggestions. It wasn't clear to us that we had to order the bore holes on the door, but we caught that and it is fine. I hope that we won't find something else that we should have thought of! The use of a lift-gate upon delivery is necessary! I think that $75.00 charge should be included in every delivery charge of doors over a certain weight and the lift gate should be standard. Our crate weighed 680 pounds and we would have NEVER been able to get it off the truck on our own. I actually think WAY more emphasis needs to be put on the weight of these shipments so that the customer is truly ready for the beast of a crate that comes out of the truck.

Excellent service. Timely shipping

Nick's doors are of high quality solid wood construction. They are delivered intact and ready for installation. Customer service is excellent. I have ordered entry doors and interior doors from them and not once was I disappointed. Their quality stands out.

Highly recommend, have ordered numerous times & have always been totally satisfied.

Overall customer service from Sales, through order processing, to shipping were all fantastic. Communication was excellent!! Once the product arrived the crating was excellent and protected the door during transportation. The product quality is great making the finish and installation of the door go very smoothly.
