I was a bit skeptical about this program, but have been pleasantly surprised. When a prospective client chats with the person on my website, I immediately receive an email with the transcription of the conversation. I have landed some clients with this program. The program also allows you to request no charge for those contacts which do not fit within your practice areas. I have done this a few times, without a hitch. I recommend the program.
