Ngage Live Chat has been a game changer for our firm. We get great leads that have turned into retained clients for us. The software is easy to use for the entire staff and we have had amazing support from our Ngage team.

I highly recommend Ngage. I wouldn't use the competitor(s) if they offered me $1.00 per chat. Ngage has more than doubled my conversions.

Ngage has performed as advertised. Candidly, it has exceeded my expectations. The timeliness of the notices of contacts is immediate and the contact information gathered to respond is highly accurate. The numbers have exceeded my expectations and the biggest problem are too many inquiries at times. The front office is also easy to work with and provides answers to questions about billings quickly and fairly. I have had the chance to move to compare other providers, but have chosen to stay with Ngage. I highly recommend.

I have had Ngage live chat for a couple of months. We seem to convert more clients that come through live chat.

I am in my 40th year of Drunk Driving/Criminal defense practice and i have tried every advertising medium, each promising to be the best generator of prospective clients. I have literally spent a fortune on getting my name out there and strived for TOMA,top of mind awareness. When you think of Dui/criminal defense i want you to think of me first. Getting to that place takes time and money, with no guaranteed result. I have come to the conclusion that no one anywhere can have a program with guaranteed results for the money invested. NGAGE takes a different approach , You will ONLY pay for the Prospective Clients who "hire you ,at your fee!!".You are in control, you set your fee,and when you are hired,a modest fee is paid to Ngage. I am so very pleased to give Ngage my highest recommendation. Feel free to contact me for any other information.

Our firm has been very impressed with NGAGE. We have tried different chat services over the years and they are the best in the number of conversions, accessibility of their portal to respond to leads and their highly responsive customer service. I would highly recommend them!
