I have enjoyed this feature on my website. We capture more inquiries with a live chat option.

Thank you, we enjoy working with your firm!

I think Ngage offers a lot of value for the price and treats customers very fairly. We've never had a dispute with them over any kind of billing, and I think their contract is reasonable. Also, we've overall seen positive trends in lead conversion, which is at least partially attributable to having the after-hours chat service. I think the jump from 4 to 5 stars would occur if they implemented more policies to weed out clients that are not in your practice areas. Although they don't bill you when that happens, we have gotten some feedback from prospective clients who felt the chat led them into thinking they'd found the right firm, only to find out the next morning that we couldn't help them or set a consult.

Hi Justin, thank you for the feedback! When starting a campaign, we will not "rule out" a prospect off the bat on your behalf, but we do have ways of refining now that you have the chat data to work with. I'll give you a call to discuss. Mark Shepherd 512-582-4920
