Love Ngage. We used to use another company, and were not satisfied at all, Then Eric called and talked me in to using Ngage. It was a great move on our part. I had been using a flat fee chat service for my site which was "doing fine." I tried out the NGAGE feature for my AVVO profile and saw what was actually possible. Although I spend about 2.5x what I spent on my flat fee chat, NGAGE somehow works the whammy to get more of the exact people that I want to talk to - plus no fee if it's not relevant. I'd have to estimate by new ROI is at least 3-5x of my old ROI.
