Thanks for your feedback Vickie, and welcome to the Next Vacay fam! It looks like we've sent three deals out of Nashville in just the past few days since you've signed up, so there's definitely more coming your way! St. Louis isn't currently included on your airports, but if you can get in touch with us at [email protected] to confirm your preferred airports, we can help update your account to make sure you don't miss out on any opportunities to travel :)

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Rajesh! We're sorry to hear your experience hasn't been all that you'd expected. Our algorithm finds great flight deals that are available directly through the airlines, and then our deal team hand reviews each deal to make sure it meets our high standards before we send it out to our members. Our members don't have to worry about hours of endless searching on their end, as we send the deals directly to you! I see just recently we've found deals as low as $575 to Lima, $525 to Buenos Aires, and $275 for nonstop to Houston. We also look for availability with these deals, so it's not just a few scattered dates available to book. If there are specific deals you received that didn't meet your expectations, please get in touch with us at [email protected] so we can get your feedback and take that into account for future deals!

Hi there... no we don't have you mixed up :) We were asking what you thought of the quality of the deal to Key West whether you took it or not. We send you several deals a week to destinations both domestic and international. I see that you're still getting used to how our service works so if you have any more questions about it, please reach out to us at [email protected] or our Facebook page. Thanks so much!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations and that you were disappointed with the deals we delivered. All of the deals we find are vetted by our dedicated team to ensure they meet our quality standards when it comes to pricing, availability, and more. We do all of the heavy-lifting in reviewing these deals, so our members don't have to! All of the deals we send allow our members to book directly through the airline to take advantage, so that information is sent directly to our members, and if there's ever an issue with an itinerary or canceling a trip, our members can do that through the airline, hassle-free. Our goal is always to offer our members the best deals out there in the most convenient way that saves them both time and money.
