Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, Reggie! We're sorry to hear the deals and frequency weren't what you expected. We do hand review every deal before we send it out to our members, checking every detail like availability, layovers, baggage and other fees, etc., to make sure every deal we send isn't just great on paper, but a deal our members would actually want to take advantage of and can save on big time! I also see we've sent out several emails since you signed up last month, including deals to Paris and Hawaii. Have you been having trouble receiving these deal alerts? We don't currently offer deals out of Ontario or Burbank airports, but your membership has been updated with your other airport requests. Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry you weren't able to find those deals to Hawaii which you signed up for or take advantage of any of the other deals available out of your area. I do want to clarify that we do see cheaply priced options to Hawaii out of CMH as well, so that's not just restricted to larger airports! Shortly after you signed up, we sent out deals from Columbus to Maui for $375 RT. More recently, we've seen deals to Hawaii for between $400-$575, but it's common for prices to fluctuate throughout the year depending on the airlines and what they have available. We're always taking into account comfort and convenience as well when we send out our deals to make sure you're getting the absolute best value for your money. If we see any more deals to Hawaii pop up, we'll be sure to send you an alert so you can take advantage!
