I wish that I could take more trips.

We know how you feel! There doesn't seem to be enough time-off to accommodate all the travel we want to do. So when we do have time, we've definitely got to take full advantage and make it count! :) Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review!

The deals on the site are not consistent or accurate to my location.

Appreciate you sharing your feedback with us! We typically see 2-4 deals per week out of Cincinnati, so the deals are frequent, but along with that, we also send deals from your surrounding airports as well. As Cincinnati is located within several hours of other busy hubs, our members there see those deals too, but if you'd prefer to only see deals out of Cincinnati, we can make that adjustment for you! Just reach out to our team at [email protected] to confirm what works best, and we'll make sure you're all set!

We didn't go to miami but we are currently in England where we got the tickets from your recommendation and we are having an amazing trip. Thank you.

I feel like I rarely get usable deals to take advantage of. I get tons of overseas offers for places I am not likely to go (Istanbul! China! Iceland!) but few domestic flights to anywhere I want to go. I’m just going to keep watching for that one gem that makes the annual fee worth it. I remain optimistic!

Thanks for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear the deals haven't piqued your interest so far! Our service is geared toward helping people travel to destinations they never thought possible, so we do find a lot of deals for international flights, but we also look for great opportunities to travel domestically as well! I do see we've sent out four domestic deals in just the past month to places like Key West, Aspen, and DC. Feel free to get in touch with us at [email protected] if you have more info about the deals you're looking for. We can also adjust your airports if you'd like to see less of those international deals!

Great idea I just wish it was more tailored to where we want to go, but this allows u to be spontaneous

Thanks so much for the great feedback! We are focused right now on providing all the best deals available from your area, but as frequent travelers ourselves, we know that sometimes, there's just that one destination you want or need to visit more than any other. We're hoping to offer more tailoring options in the future, so if you want to share any feedback about what you'd like to see, definitely let us know at [email protected]!
