Rarely had anything that was useful to me. The auto renewal feature is a problem. They will not notify you about the upcoming charge and will not refund it when you see it on your CC bill. They claim it won't show up next year...wanna bet?

We'd love the opportunity to improve your experience. In regards to the automatic renewal feature, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Per the terms agreed to at signup and presented again in our welcome email, our service is an annual membership, which renews yearly on your charge date. We don't currently have a renewal reminder set, but your feedback has been shared with our team, so we can work to add this in the future. In the meantime, members are free to cancel at any time or turn off the auto-renewal feature on their subscription. The membership account can be accessed via our deal emails or directly through our website. Unfortunately, your cancellation request came outside of our refund period, so we could not issue a refund, but we did turn off the auto-renewal feature on your account as requested. We can confirm that you won't be billed again. You should have received an email confirmation of this, but you can also verify your membership status by logging into your account. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected] so that we can assist you further.

In August 2021, I received an email from Next Vacay with information about tickets to Barcelona, Spain. My 23-year old son had mentioned he'd like to go to Spain to practice his Spanish, so I immediately contacted him to see if he could take a week off in January 2022. He said yes -- in fact, let's make it two weeks! So we went ahead and bought tickets, knowing that Covid was going to be an issue, most likely. I kept up to date on all the requirements and restrictions, and we were thrilled that our flights were not canceled! We had a wonderful time in Barcelona and in Terragona (a 30-minute train ride). Everything went very smoothly, including getting our (negative) Covid tests for our return to the US. I'm already thinking about my next trip!

I booked a ticket to Japan for October. It'll be my 6th time over there but haven't been back since 2018. I think I will try to fly over to Korea for a week and celebrate Halloween in Itaewon. Thank you so much for your help.
