I gave NextMeds a low review since I paid the amount in full, with an unexpected $20+ charge not revealed in the initial information. Secondly, I had an appointment scheduled for today that was cancelled by the company. I have rescheduled my appointment for tomorrow. If that appointment is cancelled, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

This company is a joke. STAY AWAY!!! They take your payment asap then good luck getting a provide to call on your appt time. I've scheduled 30+appts got 2 calls that I missed.reason I missed that called at a time I didn't have an appointment SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY. Been 7 days and still haven't talked with a provider to get my meds. Calling customer support is useless just a 3rd party reading from a script.

I ordered a 3 month supply and my first delivery arrived on September 22 WARM. The cold block was completely warm to the touch. I called immediately and was told I’d hear back from the company and never did. On September 28th I sent an email and was told it was escalated to a nurse. Still didn’t hear anything. I chatted with support the following week and told them everything that had happened and that I haven’t heard anything and they told me that my ticket had been had for only 4 business days. Still no response to my original warm delivered medication 23 days after delivery. Fast forward to October 15, month two was just delivered… also warm… the cold pack had just a slight tinge of cold to it. This is ridiculous with warm medication being delivered (which I understand can happen) but made worse by terrible customer support not addressing or responding to anything. I cannot use this medicine and cannot get response from this company. As of today, I was told its escalated but still no response and after a month of no responses and no viable medication received I don't think they are going to respond and I am out over $300 of medication.

I am being charged for a subscription I never consented to. The support guy could hardly speak English and yelled at me, talked over me, and was the worst representative I have ever talked to. I do not want their product and never had an intake interview. They are refusing to refund my money for something I never even received. I reported fraud to my bank, but it is almost impossible to stop the payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THIEVES, taking advantage of a 75-year-old woman here. Based on my interactions about the unlawful payment, I'm sure their product is terrible, probably poison.

Customer service is good

With regard to Heidi and Denis my experience has been exceptional. Everything else has been poor. At best. But they were both so good, especially Heidi, that I will stick with NM. I just hope there won’t be anymore mix ups.
